Refund policy

Once we receive and check a returned product, we approve the refund within 2 working days.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

• Cash on delivery orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID within 5–7 working days after you share the details.

• If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded.

• Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or wrong.
