Return policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Request a return from My account → Orders, or WhatsApp us with your order number and photos.

• Damaged, defective or wrong products are replaced or refunded at no extra cost. Please report them within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• Innerwear, personal care, groceries and items on final sale cannot be returned, except when damaged or wrong.
